Thorough Move-in and Move-out Inspections
REMI wants each of our residents to get a full security and cleaning deposit refund, so we’re here to help you. We perform a very detailed interior inspection with you prior to moving in. We also provide you with any other information or instruction you request.
When you are getting ready to move out, we’ll send you a checklist to assist you in organizing your cleaning efforts and we’ll also schedule a move-out inspection to compare with your move-in inspection.
Parking Policies
Residents agree to place REMI parking sticker on the back bumper of their vehicle, driver’s side.
- Pull all the way to the front of the space and park in the center of the space.
- DO NOT double park.
- Park ONLY in your assigned space:
- No parking and/or double parking permitted; this could result in your vehicle being booted or towed!!
- Inform your guests NOT to park in assigned or numbered spaces!
- DO NOT litter in the parking lot. Put your trash in the proper receptacles and report vandalism to the proper authority.
- Help keep your neighborhood safe.
- Ticketing and booting/towing is YOUR responsibility. FIRST call the REMI Boot Agent (573.268.0226) if it is during regular business hours (M-F, 8a – 5p; to have the illegal vehicle booted that is illegally parked in your space. If the REMI Boot Agent is not available, then have the vehicle towed. Your call to the non-emergency Police Department (573.442.6131 is not always priority, so calling the REMI Boot Agent may be faster. (PLEASE do not call REMI to have an illegal vehicle parked in your space booted or towed from your space.)
- One sticker is issued per vehicle and space. IT IS NOT MEANT FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLES!!
- It is the resident’s responsibility to make sure that the sticker is visible at all times!
- Replacement stickers are $25.
- Absolutely NO unlicensed or non-operational vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, or motor homes, campers, etc.
- NO mechanical repairs to be done; the space rented is only for parking use ONLY. Vehicles must be in good condition, with no rust or obtrusive color or notations.
- Snow/Ice removal is NOT provided.
NOT PERMITTED IN LOT: Motor homes, trailers, campers, and recreational vehicles.
*Pricing for owner to get the boot from vehicle removed starts at $60 and towing company fees start at $75+.
