FALL 2011 Waiting List: We will open our fall waiting lease for the 2011 semester on NOVEMBER 1ST, 2010. To be placed on the waiting list you must 1.) Complete an application and pay the $20 application fee. 2.) Have a parent/guardian fill out the co-signer/guarantyg form and have it notorized. Pay a $100 Security Deposit DOWN PAYMENT. This payment is NON REFUNDABLE even if you decide to not rent with us. Once you choose a property this $100 will be applied towards the total security deposit amount. All three of these things need to be turned in completed at the same time in order to be placed on the waiting list for next fall. If you are applying with other people you need to have everyone turn in all paperwork at the same time. Once this has been done you will be added to the waiting list and contacted in March to begin viewing properties.
REFERRALS: As a current REMI renter you can receive $100 just by referring someone to us. If they rent from us, sign a year lease and give us your name you will receive a $100 check from REMI! Tell your friends, we have something for everyone!
COMMUNITY: Did you know...REMI donates 5 plots to the Community Gardens!! REMI also recycles in a big way; each home we renovate saves thousands on fuel use, energy, and supplies. Do your part to help the environment!
SUBLEASING: Original lessees can only sublease one time per annual lease term per person and a sublessee cannot sublease. The first step is for the original REMI lessee needs to come into the office and pay $150 for the Sublease Fee. No paperwork will be processed without this being paid first. The new sublessee will need to fill out the application and pay the $20 Application Fee to our office ASAP. Once their application has been processed and if it is approved you will both receive a call to come in and sign off on all of the paperwork. Please pick up a copy of the Sublease Guidelines in our office. These detail out the entire process as well as all of the payment arrangement options for the Security Deposit and LMR that were originally paid in. Please call or come by our office with any questions. DEADLINE FOR 2ND SEMESTER SUBLEASING: NOVEMBER 30TH. ALL APPLICATIONS FOR SUBLESSEES AND SUBLEASE FEE MUST BE PAID AND TURNED IN BY NOVEMBER 30TH IN ORDER FOR A SUBLEASE TO BE APPROVED FOR 2ND SEMESTER!!!! DEADLINE FOR SUMMER SUBLEASES: APRIL 30TH. If applications are not turned in by the referenced deadlines the sublease will NOT be approved.
PARKING: Parking is $300/year or $175/semester. If you are interested in leasing a parking space from us please call for further information.
