Deadline for 2nd semester subleasing is November 30, 2011!!
This means the application process needs to be complete and sublease paperwork signed by all parties involved no later than November 30, 2011. There is a $150 sublease fee that needs to be paid prior to any applications being processed. Sublease paperwork is signed by appointment only. No exceptions and no extensions will be given. Please call the office with any questions.
REMI 2012 Fall Waiting List
REMI has recently had many inquiries as to the 2012 fall availabilty. We will start accepting applications on November 1, 2011. Applications are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Current REMI residents get first choice for renewing until January 31, 2011. Addresses will not be assigned until February 1, 2011 (if we can assign you earlier we will but we will contact you).
WAIT LIST INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please submit your Application, Co-Signer Form (full completed AND notarized), a copy of a valid photo I.D. Additionally, for each application submitted you will need to pay a $20.00 Application Fee as well as a $100.00 Security Deposit down payment per person to be applied to the total security deposit of the residence chosen. Please also be sure to list your preference of size and location/streets that you are interested in on your application. Please note: both the Application Fee and the Security Deposit down payment are NON REFUNDABLE. The deposit down payment will be applied to the total deposit of the property you choose. If you choose to not rent from REMI you are forfeiting this payment. ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST. ALSO, ONLINE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED IF SUBMITTED BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST OR WITHOUT THE OTHER WAITLIST REQUIREMENTS.
2. All parties on the lease must submit their application together. (Example: If applying for a 4 bedroom, all 4 bedroom applications must be turned in at the same time.) No applications will be accepted incomplete and not including all of the above items.
3. Please designate one member of your group to your contact with the REMI office for the entire process.
4. All applications must be approved before they are added to the wait list.
The REMI office will contact applicants in February (or earlier) Around that time an availability sheet will be posted.
Wait-listed applicants will get first priority. We will be calling you to set up an appointment for different properties. If you are not available for the days we call you, you may be losing out on your chance to see them, as we are highly busy at that time.
